Get Insight into the Future of Mobile Marketing at Cardware 2015 on June 17

16th June 2015

I’m happy to announce that I will be hosting a presentation at Cardware 2015 in Niagara Falls to talk about the new era of mobile proximity commerce and the possibilities it brings to the table for brands and retailers.

I will be sharing Proxama’s insight into how companies can connect their customers’ physical and digital worlds to take brand loyalty and engagement to the next level. Here at Proxama, we have 10 years’ experience of delivering targeted mobile proximity marketing campaigns for brands and retailers, including being the first company to deploy Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) beacons across cities and transport networks in the UK. In my presentation, I will address:

  • How mobile proximity commerce impacts the future of the mobile advertising landscape;
  • Ways retailers can develop a hyper-local mobile advertising network with location-based technology that uses contextualized messaging to take advantage of passengers’ dwell and relaxation times; and
  • The significant impact of mobile value exchange on the basis of real-life examples. I will explain in detail how Harrods managed to convince 15 percent of its consumers to shop online by giving them access to interactive content through NFC technology, how Orange made 65 percent of its customers redeem an exclusive offer by tapping their phone on a NFC-enabled window display, and how KIA Oval persuaded 25 percent of its cricket fans to download a unique VIP app which uses Geo-fencing, Bluetooth Low Energy and Near Field Communication to enrich the cricket experience by offering highly relevant cricket content.

The presentation will be held at the Marriott Gateway on the Falls (6755 Fallsview Blvd, Niagara Falls) on Wednesday June 17th at 8:30 a.m.

Join me and issuers, acquirers, merchants, brands, regulators, solution providers and other key payment industry professionals from all over the world to learn how to implement mobile proximity strategies to increase both sales and brand loyalty! I look forward to seeing you there. If you’d like to meet me at Cardware, just drop me an email at
