TapPoint® loyalty and marketing


TapPoint® enables brands, retailers and location owners to rapidly deploy mobile proximity services by offering a comprehensive suite of tools and capabilities.

Today global brands, retailers and media owners are executing their mobile strategies by deploying TapPoint® enabled mobile proximity commerce solutions. TapPoint® is uniquely positioned to integrate proximity commerce solutions into existing media and retail platforms and is integrated with a large number of loyalty and media platforms today.

Loyalty Platforms

Open API’s and system integration services to integrate existing loyalty and CRM platforms, existing partnerships can be rapidly leveraged to provide mobile loyalty services for your retail store or brand. The TapPoint® platform supports issuance of unique vouchers, loyalty stamp and point mechanics. TapPoint® manages the association of consumers’ devices and optionally manages consumer registration to aggregate loyalty services from 3rd party CRM platforms.

Reports

TapPoint® provides a range of analytical services, including campaign dashboards, custom insight reports, APIs to integrate into 3rd party reporting engines and Google Analytics. These services provide deep insights into campaign performance, consumer behaviour and key service KPIs to ensure ROI. Interactions tracking includes: location, content type, time and unique consumer. 

Campaign Management

TapPoint® provides a range of content and campaign management capabilities. Content can be aggregated from 3rd party CMS platforms or uploaded into the TapPoint® platform. TapPoint® supports a range of content including HTML, images, video, audio, social and data feeds and a lot more. Campaign management allows content and loyalty services to be deployed across Proxama’s estate of proximity enabled media locations, on a retailer's or venue owner's own proximity network or deployed within retail locations and venues on a per campaign basis.

Proximity Networks

TapPoint® is plugged into national media and infrastructure owner locations, providing a ready-made audience for your brand. Proxama’s proximity networks are NFC, QR, Bluetooth Beacon (iBeacon) and Geo enabled, providing a range of push and pull services supported on all major phone OSs including Apple, Android and Windows. Open APIs enable media owners, and other proximity network operators to rapidly integrate.    

Proximity Network Management

TapPoint® provides a comprehensive range of tools and processes for managing scalable proximity networks. Proxama has deployed its proximity technologies in large scale networks exceeding 80,000 locations per network. Tools include mobile apps to location assigned proximity devices, proximity network health monitoring, Bluetooth Beacon (iBeacon) battery monitoring and installation reports. These tools are used to deploy fixed and temporary networks on media, in retail, at venues.

Redemption

Proxama’s acceptance network partners enable mobile voucher and loyalty services to be integrated at retail POS, redemption can be in the form of scanning QR codes, manual code entry and contactless redemption using HCE technology. TapPoint® manages closing the loop at redemption by linking the consumers’ device(s) via uniquely coded vouchers or loyalty IDs, enabling vouchers to be cleared post redemption and points visually added on the mobile.

App Management

A suite of cloud based capabilities to centrally manage mobile app functions. Consumer activation and registration enables consumers’ device(s) to be tracked and services shared between devices. TapPoint® anonymously manages consumer activation and optionally per service provider securely manages PII data which can either be hosted on TapPoint® or passed directly to 3rd party CRM platforms. App content can be rapidly updated including help, FAQs and home screen content. Management of application settings and preferences enables consumers to customise their experience.

Loyalty & Marketing SDK

A mobile SDK available for Android and iOS to enable proximity engagement and loyalty capabilities within existing mobile applications. The SDK includes Bluetooth Beacon (iBeacon), NFC, QR and Geo fence capabilities, including enhancements for Bluetooth Beacons such as improved battery life for Android devices through motion detection and Geo management. The SDK opens up all of the TapPoint® platform capabilities including proximity network management, campaign management, loyalty services and reporting. The SDK also provides Brands and Retailers the ability to leverage Proxama’s proximity network partners locations.

White Label Mobile Application

White label engagement and loyalty application which can be rapidly re-skinned and customised for shopping centres, city centres, venues and media owners. Built on Proxama’s Loyalty & Marketing SDK provides all of the core proximity, engagement and loyalty capabilities within a single framework application. The application framework provides a high level of flexibility delivering mobile web based content and services aggregated through the TapPoint® platform.
